COVERED PRODUCTS

All items sold on BestCycleTrader.com—including bicycles, vehicles, equipment, and apparel—are covered under this 30-day return policy. All returns are subject to inspection and approval. We reserve the right to deny returns if we determine that the policy is being misused.


RETURN CATEGORIES

New & Unused (In Original Packaging)

Changed your mind? No problem. Return your new and unused items within 30 days of delivery, in original condition and packaging (including manufacturer tags and accessories), for a full refund (excluding shipping and handling).

Used & Undamaged

Used but undamaged items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit equal to the original purchase price. Returns must include all original parts, documentation, manuals, and accessories. Items that are dirty, damaged, or involved in an accident or impact will not be accepted.


VEHICLES (Bikes & Cars) — SPECIAL NOTES

  • Cars and bikes must be in unused or lightly used condition for returns to be accepted.

  • Vehicles returned must include original paperwork, keys/remotes, title (if applicable), and any accessories.

  • We do not accept returns for vehicles that have been crashed, modified, or altered in any way.

  • Trainer use: Bicycles used on stationary trainers may be subject to warranty restrictions and are not recommended for return.


RETURN PROCESS

We will assist you in creating a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and verify your customer account information.


SHIPPING RETURNS

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • All items must be shipped to our designated warehouse; returns to local dealers or retail locations are not accepted.

  • Proper packaging is critical—especially for complete bikes or vehicles—to avoid damage during transit. We are not responsible for shipping damage on returns.


REFUNDS & STORE CREDITS

  • Approved returns will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the item(s).

  • Refunds (for new/unused items) are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 72 hours to reflect.

  • Store credits (for used/undamaged items) will be issued electronically and are valid for use on BestCycleTrader.com only.

  • Refunds and credits are issued minus any shipping and handling fees.


EXCHANGES

We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please:

  1. Place a new order for the desired item.

  2. Return the original item following our return guidelines.

Note: We cannot hold replacement items during the return process.


BOXING YOUR RETURN

When returning an item:

  • Carefully package the product with all included materials.

  • Print and attach the shipping label provided after initiating your return.

  • Drop the package off at the designated shipping carrier.

  • For vehicle returns, proper disassembly, crating, or towing may be required. We recommend using a professional service (fees may apply).
